I know that the older one gets the more important that it becomes for them to exercise, but for some reason my brain’s not buying it. My friends exercise together about twice a week and they invite me to go with them, but I’m not the exercise type of girl. Lately I’ve been thinking about exercising I wondered how important is it?
I talked to my girlfriends to see who is really trying to be healthy and exercise and who is being slightly lazy like me. From talking to the girls most of them are exercising at least once week. One of my friends has given up or limited the amount of sweets and fatty foods she eats on a weekly basis. While another one has signed up for a gym along with a trainer and is keeping a food log. My friend said, “Gotta look cute for summer girl,” and with that I felt a faint smile reside on my face.
I guess at the end of the day I have no reason not to be working out and getting ready to look cute for summer 2010. I most recently started walking my neighborhood in the afternoons and buying more healthy foods. Going to the gym is still the one thing that I haven’t tackled, but I trust my girls are going to keep bugging me till they get me in there.
